fee concession because my father's income is very small. He works in a factory. He has to support a family of eight members. He cannot bear my college expenses. I am fond of getting higher education.

sick leave for one week because I am seriously ill. I expected to recover soon but illness had prolonged. Therefore, I may not come to college from Jan 17, 2016 to Jan 23, 2016.
7. Application for Attending the Wedding Ceremony
leave for one week for attending the wedding ceremony of my elder sister. My father and elder brother are in Australia. I have to manage all the arrangements for the wedding. Therefore, I may not come to college from Jan 17, 2016 to Jan 23, 2016.
8. Application for College Leaving Certificate
college leaving certificate because my family has shifted to Islamabad. I am also going with them. I cannot stay here alone.
9. Application for Change of Subjects
permission to change my subjects because the present selected subjects are rather tough for me. Moreover, there is no professor of sociology at our college. I want to replace Sociology with English Literature.
10. Application for Apologizing Misconduct

pardon for my misbehaviour with one of my teachers. I admit that it was my mistake. I should not misbehave with my teacher. I assure you, I shall not do any misconduct in future.
